Our chef will guide you through the techniques and tips to prepare and cook this exceptional cut to perfection.

To round out the meal, we’ll also be preparing a simple and delicious side dish that perfectly compliments the steak: a seasonal salad featuring artichokes and asparagus for a fresh, flavorful balance.
