Taking place on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET, we’ll dive into the art of Japanese Wagyu—learning about marbling, meat color, texture, and fat content of this premium beef. Our chef will guide you through the techniques and tips to prepare and cook this exceptional cut to perfection.

To round out the meal, we’ll also be preparing a simple and delicious side dish that perfectly compliments the steak: a seasonal salad featuring artichokes and asparagus for a fresh, flavorful balance.

By registering through this link, you’ll receive an ingredient kit with everything needed to make dinner for four—including a certified premium cut of Japanese Wagyu—delivered ahead of the event so you can cook along with the chef. Each participant will also receive a certificate of authenticity tracing the origin of their meat.
